Paul Newland Bsc. (Hons)
is a sports nutritionist, health writer, health and fitness consultant,
certified workplace trainer and assessor, and a martial arts
instructor.
He has a working background as an emergency medical technician, rescue
helicopter pilot and rescue crew trainer and has been involved in
physical training, conditioning and fitness training for more than 22 years.
As a rescue specialist and crew trainer for
a number of rescue helicopter organisations in Australia and the Eco-Challenge rescue team, Paul
has first hand experience with sporting injuries and in training his own
crew to maintain an elite standard of physical fitness and performance.

experience with the combined experience of sports doctors,
medical doctors, massage therapists, osteopaths, kinesiologists and

Katie Holmes BA (Hons)
is a health editor, swimmer, model and triathlete and has been involved in
organizing international sporting endurance events and adventure races
for the past 10 years. She works with Paul in their lifestyle consulting
business and is passionate about health, nutrition and in
particular, sports nutrition.
Katie used to suffer from cramps during swim training sessions and also
in the middle of the night. Since working with Paul and using his cramp
program - she has been cramp-free - the last cramp she suffered was
about 4 years ago!
Katie has helped Paul compile and edit the Ultimate Cramp Busting Guide
